A few simple things make the difference between a good magnet and a great one.
- Use the original photoPick it from your camera roll. Screenshots and photos forwarded on WhatsApp lose detail and can print soft.
- Keep faces away from the edgeLeave a little space around faces and important details, so nothing gets cut off at the edge of the magnet.
- Bright and in focusDaylight photos print best. Very dark or blurry photos look darker and softer once printed.
- Watch for the warningIf a photo is too small to print sharply, we show a red mark on it. Replace it, or keep it if the memory matters more.
Cropping your photo
After you choose a photo, tap it to open the crop frame. Drag to move the photo, pinch or use the slider to zoom, and tap Rotate if it’s sideways. Everything inside the frame is printed; everything outside it isn’t.
File types
JPG and PNG photos from your phone work. On iPhone, choosing photos from your Photos library converts them for you. If a photo won’t open, save it as a JPG and choose it again.
Your photos stay private
Photos you upload are stored privately, used only to print your order, and never added to a public gallery. Photos that don’t end up in an order are deleted automatically after 3 days.
