These terms apply when you order from Crafted Moments (craftedmoments.pk). By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees. Delivery is a flat Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan.
- Products marked “price on request” are quoted on WhatsApp before you order.
- We may contact you to confirm an order before we print it. We may decline an order, and if you paid in advance we refund it in full.
Payment
Every order is made to order, so it is paid in advance by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. After you place your order we send the payment details on WhatsApp, and we start printing once your payment is confirmed. Cash on delivery is not available.
Your photos and text
- You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you send us.
- We may refuse to print anything offensive, unlawful or that uses someone else’s work without permission.
- We print the crop you choose. If we warn you that a photo is low resolution and you keep it, it may print soft.
- Please check names and text carefully: we print them exactly as you type them.
- Printed colours can look slightly different from your screen.
Cancelling
You can cancel for free until we start printing. Because every piece is made from your photos or text, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through a delivery company. Delivery times depend on your city, and we will let you know if an order is delayed.
Damaged or misprinted orders
See our refund & replacement policy. In short: tell us within 48 hours with photos and we reprint for free.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions: WhatsApp +92 314 7000689.
