This policy explains what Crafted Moments (craftedmoments.pk) collects when you shop with us, why, and what happens to the photos you upload. Questions: WhatsApp +92 314 7000689.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and city, what you ordered and any note you add.
- Personalisation: the photos you upload, any logo you upload, and any name or text you ask us to print.
- Basic site data: cookies that keep your cart and checkout working.
How we use it
- To print, pack and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To keep records of orders, as any shop has to.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Your photos
- Photos and logos you upload are stored privately on our server. They are not in any public gallery and cannot be found through search engines.
- They are used only to make your order.
- Photos uploaded but not ordered are deleted automatically after 3 days.
- Photos attached to an order are deleted automatically 30 days after the order is completed, so we can reprint if something arrives damaged.
- We never show your photos on our website or social media unless you give us permission. There is a tick box at checkout for that; it is off unless you tick it, and you can change your mind any time by messaging us.
Who we share it with
Only the delivery company, which receives your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel, and our website hosting provider, which stores the site securely. Nobody else.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your photos or details at any time (order records we must keep for accounting stay). Message us on WhatsApp +92 314 7000689.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
